Q&A at TC

Thanks to Sarah Ockler (again!) I'm on YouTube. Sad to say, I'm on YouTube making the mistake of not repeating the question before I give the answer. D'oh! Lots to learn.

And Julie Layne, I don't sound like a goofball...I sound just like my cousin Karen!

How fun to see you and hear you!

I missed the radio interview but I'm glad I was able to see this -- MUCH better to be able to see you speaking and the hand movements and the head toss and you look wonderful and you sound -- just like me!!! LOL!! I had in my mind someone much more staid and "serious" (no idea why, I just did). Only you are very loose and light and care free...and now that I've seen and heard - I realize that you are "just like me"....okay no coffee yet but does any of that make sense?!?

For anyone interested, the question that was asked was: "How did you come up with your secondary characters like the lovable Oliver?" Carleen, you look wonderful, but even better in person. ;-)

Gina, Thanks for watching!

Sherry, Um...me staid and serious?? Not even close!

Maryann, The asker of the famous question!

Now that's a way to bring a book tour home to everyone, Carleen. Love it along with ALL the characters!

Way cool, Carleen. As I was listening, I thought, MY voice sounds like that!

But you have way better hair.

xT.

T, That's kind! I've been experimenting with curling it. My husband thinks I'm INSANE for the amount of time I've given to what I'm going to where and how I'm going to do my hair at events.

I guess living in sweats and PJs didn't exactly prepare him for my sudden concern with my appearance!

See you in VA soon!

You were an absolute natural at the book signing. You were so relaxed and confident and simply beautiful! My only regret is that I never got a chance to ask you to point out Marisol. She has reached a certain legendary status in my imagination for some reason. I think it's our shared love of the "little marshmallow teeth". :)

Hi Carleen. Thanks for visiting my blog today. You look and sound great on your youtube video. Thanks now I have another cool blog to read and another book for my TBR pile!

Welcome Kwana!!

Lisa, Did you see a dark-haired beauty all in white? That was Marisol. I didn't have to point her out to anyone who saw the creature in the white dress--right away they knew who she was! :)
