Piecing it together

Puzzle pieces play an important role in my next book. A few weeks ago I was excited to find Piece of the Puzzle Affirmative Jewelry and snatched up several tokens. I keep this one that says "I am creating" on my desk. (The "I am" is on the other side.) In a bead shop in Ventura, CA I bought some silky black string to make necklaces with them. The day I went into the hospital I was wearing one that said "I am powerful." Today, I'm wearing "I am blessed." I also have "I am courageous." I may wear them all to my upcoming follow-up doctor appointments!

The one that says create is speaking to me as I sit puzzeling out the next WIP.:)

Love these!

And, I have to ask, did I miss a post about illness/surgery? Sending good thoughts just in case.

How clever and cool. Now, just like Humpty-Dumpty, you're putting yourself back together again! :)

Congrats on the Lifetime deal. Here's hoping it speeds the healing. Be well.

Judy, the news of my hospitalization was buried in the post about Lifetime. I have about a 2-3 month recovery period ahead of me, but my prognosis is excellent. "Excellent" is exactly what the doctor said and I'm repeating his words every chance I get. :)

How neat! I just stopped by to say 'hi' and say CONGRATULATIONS on the TV pickup for Orange Mint and Honey! That is so, so exciting! Also, sending good thoughts on the health front...*hugs*

(I liked Larramie's analogy. :-)

These are really neat! I'm going over to take a look at them . . . might make nice gifts or additions to quilted wall hangings.
